Upper Secondary Programme or International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) Programme

The Upper Secondary Programme is a 2/3-year course leading to the IGCSE examination. Upper Secondary or IGCSE Programme begins in Year 10 with externally moderated exams in Year 11 and/or Year 12, based on students' readiness for the qualification subjects. Students in the Upper Secondary Programme need to take only the IGCSE subjects.

The IGCSE is the best-known UK qualification, providing the means to enter many competitive colleges and universities. Pearson Edexcel International GCSEs, which are equivalent to UK GCSEs, are studied in over 55 countries worldwide and at over 350 independent schools in the UK.
